ChannelAdvisor has a planned maintenance window.

On Thursday, 25 February the ChannelAdvisor platform will undergo scheduled maintenance during a one-hour window between 9:00 AM - 10:00 AM EST.
We are expecting an interruption of service for approximately 30 minutes during the maintenance window, during which time, the ChannelAdvisor platform will be unavailable. Once complete, our system will process all feeds, orders and notifications queued during the maintenance.
