Monitoring - Canada Post will now only print US-bound labels if duty is prepaid or auto-billing is enabled with Zonos. We are currently working with Canada Post to support this. In the meantime, please consider alternative carriers to continue shipping to the US.

Update - Australia Post has advised that they plan to resume postal services to the United States (US) and its overseas territories on or before, Thursday 25 September 2025.
They have also advised that you will need to have a Zonos account connected to your Australia Post account to ship to the US. Update - You are now required to provide Manufacturer Identification (MID) codes on your customs forms, as U.S. customs will be checking all shipments valued under $800.
Australia Post has advised that international US and Puerto Rico shipments originating in Australia are partially suspended effective August 26th.

Monitoring - Effective 21st of August, all US-bound shipments from Australia will be paused due to uncertainty around the new tariffs. The Sendle team is working on releasing a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) service, and we will provide an update once this is available.

Monitoring - To comply with new customs regulations, carriers, including USPS and others, are now requiring six-digit Harmonized System (HS) codes on all international commercial shipments.

Monitoring - Following the recent changes to US Customs regulations, Royal Mail announced that they would no longer support shipments to the United States via their current services.
From Tuesday 26th August, all current Royal Mail international services will therefore no longer be available to be used within the ShipStation platform for packages being sent to the United States.
Royal Mail are expecting to launch new USA PDDP services on Thursday 28th August and our development teams are currently working with Royal Mail to ensure that these services are available in the ShipStation platform as soon as possible.
We will send a further update with guidance on what actions you will need to take to ensure that you are able to utilise these new services once they are available on the ShipStation platform. Effective Sunday, May 18, 2025, UPS will implement a Surge Fee for Air and Ground for UPS shipments as follows: UPS Standard® to Canada: $0.49 USD /pkg, All Other Services to Canada: $0.49 USD/per pound, Canada Origin Domestic: $2.00/pkg CAD, and Canada Export: No Fee.
If a Canada Post labour disruption does occur, the UPS Service Guarantee will be suspended for all services in Canada, and Same Day On-Call Pickup service for UPS Standard® will be suspended. Same Day On-Call Pickup will be available for all other services as well as for next or future-day requests.
